Purchasing
Once you have placed your order and your payment has been accepted, I will endeavour to deliver your purchase within 10 working days if posting is within the mainland Uk. Delivery to Europe and other destinations will take longer. You will be entitled to a 7 working day period upon receipt of delivery of the purchase to return it undamaged if not entirely satisfied. Please see the Returns policy below.
Payment
Payment may be made using secure Paypal, or by cheque. Please ensure thatyour name and current address is written on the reverse of all cheques. Payment by cheque will take longer to process, and goods cannot be sent until the cheque has been cleared.
Delivery and Postage
Delivery within the mainland Uk is Postage Free and will be within approximately 10 working days.
Delivery outside the mainland Uk will take longer and will require additional postage. If your purchase destination falls outside the mainland Uk please email me before you make payment so that I can estimate the delivery period and the cost of postage. In this case, please also consider the cost to yourself if you need to return the goods.
Returns
You will have a statutory 7 working days from receipt of your purchase to return the goods if they are not what you expected. A full refund will be given through Paypal or cheque (whichever option you chose to purchase the item with). Return postage will be your responsibility and the goods must be returned securly in the same, or similar packaging it came in, and must be returned via courier or registered/recorded delivery. Please advise me via email if you are returning your purchase and include the Tracking number. Your refund will be sent to you within 7 working days of my receiving the returned goods undamaged. It will be your responsibility to check your purchase for any damage at the time of receipt.
Details of work Every effort has been taken to represent the works as accurately as possible. Colours may differ slightly to that shown on screen. All canvas paintings have been produced on quality art canvas with the painting continuing around all four sides of the canvas. the Sizes are approximate.
